How do I confirm my picnic ?

With a Proposal and Reservation Fee! We will contact you upon your initial inquiry within 24 hours to prepare a custom proposal based upon your picnic needs. A reservation fee is required to confirm event date and booking. Final payment is due on event day at the set up of the picnic. We accept Venmo, Zelle & Paypal.

How do I select a location?

Many of our picnics are hosted in public parks, backyards, porches and on patios . Think outside the box they can even be hosted inside your home or indoors space.
We recommend that you plan for “Plan A” as well as a backup weather “Plan B” in case of inclement weather! Plans can easily be moved inside!

Can I provide my own food, snacks and sweets?

Absolutely! We provide decorative chargers, china plates, glassware, silverware and linen napkins. We work with both a cake, cookie and sweets company as well as charcuterie companies for customized fare. We also recommend delivery of food to the location or bring with you! Inquire for additional serving pieces, displays, platters and serving utensils if desired!

What about alcohol or beverages?

We provide bottled still, sparkling or specialty waters complimentary. We can also provide non alcohol teas, juices or sodas. Any alcohol must be provided by client. We provide a wine bucket for use as well as ice. Cooler available upon request.

Is my reservation fee refundable if I have to cancel?

Our Picnic’s are custom curated with choice of color and theme. The design is hand picked, purchased and prepared by our curator. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation and 24 hours notice for rescheduling if required. Less than required notice will require a forfeited reservation fee.

What if I have more than 10 guests?

We can work together on designing a custom celebration for up to 25 attendees. Additional supplies, tables are required and priced accordingly. Let us know your plans!

What if I have extra guests add or cancel last minute?

Final Guest count is due at 24 hours. We will do our best to accomodate last minute requests. An add on fee per guest may incur.

How do I reschedule?


If you have to reschedule please provide 24 hours notice. We are able to check our calendar and provide new date availability accordingly. Less then 24 hours will incur a forfeited reservation fee.
